Flame Retardant
Celltech FR-10 Flame Retardant:
A unique, low viscosity non-halogenated flame retardant for flexible polyether and polyester polyurethane foam. Exhibits excellent low scorching properties and gives passing results in flame retardant testing standards such as Cal-117, MVSS-302 and UL-94 HBF.
Celltech FR-50 Flame Retardant:
A high molecular weight, oligomeric halogen free phosphate ester intended for the production of flame retardant polyurethane foams. It has excellent heat ageing performance and very low emissions make it a good choice for flexible foams that must pass emission (VOC/FOG) tests such as PB VWL 709.
Celltech FR-52 Flame Retardant:
A high molecular weight, oligomeric halogen free phosphate ester intended for the production of flame retardant polyurethane foams. It has excellent heat ageing performance and very low emissions make it a good choice for flexible foams that must pass emission (VOC/FOG) tests such as PB VWL 709.
Celltech FR-60 Flame Retardant:
A high molecular weight phosphate ester intended for the production of flame retardant polyether, high resilience and moulded foams. Very low emissions make it a good choice for flexible foams that must pass emission (VOC/FOG) tests such as PB VWL709 and VDA 278. Our unique manufacturing process results in extremely low TCEP (tris choroethyl phosphate) content.
Celltech FR-62 Flame Retardant:
An ultra-pure, high molecular weight phosphate ester intended for the production of flame retardant polyether, polyester, high resilience and molded foams. The product is typically recommended for the production of flame retardant foam required to pass flammability standards such as Federal Motor Vehicles Safety Standard No. 302 (FMVSS 302) and Cal 117. Our unique manufacturing process results in extremely low volatiles content and no Proposition 65 components.
Celltech FR-66 Flame Retardant:
A high molecular weight phosphate ester intended for the production of flame retardant polyether, high resilience and molded foams. It is particularly suited to automotive and furniture applications where resistance to migration upon ageing is a requirement of the flammability standards used.
Celltech FR-78 Flame Retardant:
A unique chlorinated phosphonate additive which imparts flame retardency to plastics, including polyurethanes and engineering thermoplastics. As a halogenated, non-reactive product, it is an excellent alternative to TDCP in flame lamination foams where excellent lamination performance are required.
Celltech FR-82 Flame Retardant:
A phosphorus-containing diol which imparts flame retardency to plastics, including polyurethanes and engineering thermoplastics. It is a non-halogenated, reactive product, that acts as an effective additive for flame lamination, giving good processability and high peel strength.

Celltech FR-100 Flame Retardant:
A high molecular weight chlorinated diphosphate ester for use in polyether, high-resilience and molded foams. It has shown to be very effective in automotive and furniture applications requiring good flammability after ageing.
Celltech FR-120 Flame Retardant:
A low viscosity liquid flame retardant additive for use in low index TDI and MDI-based viscoelastic polyether foam to achieve compliance with CAL-117, MVSS-302 and UL-94 HF-1 flammability specifications.
Celltech FR-125 Flame Retardant:
A halogenated aliphatic polyether diol that is particularly suited for one component PUR and PIR foams. It has good stability in preformulated systems and is a low viscosity polyol at room temperature resulting in easy processing and use.
Celltech FR-140 Flame Retardant:
A low scorch additive designed to reduce the propensity of discoloration caused by the high exotherm following the processing of flexible polyurethane foams. It also adds features such as hydrolytic stability, low volatility and stability to ultraviolet light.
Celltech FR-210 Flame Retardant:
A low viscosity non-halogenated flame retardant for flexible polyether and polyester polyurethane foam. Exhibits excellent low scorching properties and gives passing results in flame retardant testing standards such as Cal-117 (both the older version and version -2013), MVSS-302 and UL-94 HBF.
Celltech FR-230 Flame Retardant:
A low viscosity liquid flame retardant additive for use in low index TDI and MDI-based viscoelastic polyether foam to achieve compliance with CAL-117, MVSS-302 and UL-94 HF-1 flammability specifications.
Celltech FR-235 Flame Retardant:
A low viscosity liquid and non halogenated flame retardant additive for use in low index TDI and MDI-based viscoelastic polyether foam to achieve compliance with CAL-117, MVSS-302 and UL-94 HF-1 flammability specifications.
Celltech FR-251 Flame Retardant:
A high-efficiency reactive chlorinated and brominated flame retardant for use in flexible polyether and polyester and rigid PUR/PIR foam applications where cost-effective flame retardancy and minimal discoloration are required.
Celltech FR-782 Flame Retardant:
A unique phosphorus-containing diol which imparts flame retardency to plastics, including polyurethanes and engineering thermoplastics. As a non-halogenated, reactive product, it solves many of today’s problems with VOC emissions, automotive fogging and bioaccumulation.
Celltech FR-2416 Flame Retardant:
An oligomeric phosphate ester flame retardant plasticizer and is designed for use in engineered resin applications such as polyphenylene oxide alloys and PC/ABS. Due to its low volatility and high heat stability, this non-halogen flame retardant can tolerate high temperature processing required of many engineered resins.
Celltech IPPP-50 Flame Retardant:
A synthetic ispropylated triaryl phosphate ester flame retardant, which can be used in a wide variety of resins, particularly PVC.
Celltech IPPP-65 Flame Retardant:
A synthetic isopropylated triaryl phosphate ester flame retardant plasticizer used primarily in PVC and phenolic resins.
Celltech IPPP-95 Flame Retardant:
A synthetic isopropylated triaryl phosphate ester flame retardant. Suitable flame retardant for PVC, flexible polyurethane foam, cellulosic resins and synthetic rubber.
Celltech IPPP-65 Flame Retardant:
A synthetic isopropylated triaryl phosphate ester flame retardant plasticizer used primarily in PVC and phenolic resins.
Celltech IPPP-95 Flame Retardant:
A synthetic isopropylated triaryl phosphate ester flame retardant. Suitable flame retardant for PVC, flexible polyurethane foam, cellulosic resins and synthetic rubber.
Celltech TCPP Flame Retardant:
A low viscosity liquid flame retardant additive specifically formulated for systems where increased hydrolytic stability is required.
Celltech TDCP Flame Retardant:
Phenol and TPP free flame retardant additive used in polyurethane foams. Its major application is for automotive PU foams, where low fogging, phenol, and TPP free is required.
Celltech TEP Flame Retardant:
A halogen free non-reactive flame retardant for the use in rigid polyurethane foam systems. It has excellent viscosity cutting properties and therefore is an ideal choice where high viscosity polyols are employed.
